Warranty Policy
NEWERA has formulated its warranty policy in accordance with the laws and regulations related to the protection of consumer rights and interests in United Arab Emirates. This policy provides the framework for returning, replacing, and repairing your product.
This warranty policy is intended to further clarify the terms in the warranty notice included in the product packaging (“in-box warranty notice”). In the event that there are any discrepancies between this warranty policy and the in-box warranty notice, the terms of the in-box warranty shall prevail, if so requested by the customer.
